Our Japanese Sous Chef has a wide variety of duties he/she must accomplish daily. He / She supervises and administers the kitchen operations in our Japanese Restaurant to ensure correct procedures are adhered to in daily food preparation. He / She will supervisor the junior chefs in the kitchen. The position requires someone who is organized, professional, passionate about Japanese cuisine, and most importantly, a strong team player.
