SOUS CHEF I

Our Sous Chef has a wide variety of duties he/she must accomplish daily. He / She will assist the Outlet head Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the outlet kitchen, including cost management. He / She will supervise the team of junior chefs in the outlet kitchen. The position requires someone who is organized, professional, passionate about food, good leadership skill and most importantly, a strong team player.
