Oriole Cafe + Bar opened its door on 15 December 2008, founded on the love for coffee and pioneering the third wave coffee movement in Singapore. Since its flagship opening, Oriole Coffee has built a loyal following for its gourmet coffee and chic cafe experience. Following the successful launch, Oriole Coffee introduced Oriole Coffee Roasters in November 2011, roasting 6 to 12 kinds of specialty coffee beans imported from countries such as Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Rwanda, Egypt, El Salvador, Colombia, India and Indonesia. In January 2015, Oriole Café + Bar re-branded to Oriole Coffee + Bar. This re-branding brought with it rejuvenation in the cafe's interior design, coffee and dining menus.
